My tracking hasn't updated yet but not much going on here from a few sites I checked.

Some small movement in the UK across the finance verticle.

Amusingly random hacked sites are ranking on the first page for payday loans at the moment:

Yeap, I see some serious movement. My money site just moved from 538 to 496. If this trend continues I might be earning money again in spring 2013.
 
I think Matt Cutts is slowly on his way to becoming the most hated man on the Internet.
 
Results have been full of spam for a lot of time now. Google anti spam team must take responsibility and quit. This shit supports the conspiracy theory that google is intentionally worsening the search results to improve ctr for its ads
 
The PENGUIN update was full of fail to begin with. They're now realizing that; hence the "refresh" just 30 days after the initial update.

There is something called user acceptance testing, and it's something you do before any major release.

It wouldn't surprise me if there is a bigger agenda behind all of this... namely to bring more webmasters onto the paid platform.

Google needs to realize that not everyone is trying to "game" their algorithm. These updates are hurting thousands of honest, high-quality and authoritative sites that have been around for years.
