Pixel firing?

One of my sites has a pixel that is supposed to fire on the conversion page of an offer. Unfortunately, it's either not firing, or my script isn't "seeing" it.

Does anybody have a simple script for recognizing when a pixel is loaded?

you need to be a LOT more specific as that's an all emcompassing term.

pixel firing can mean everything loading a beacon tracking image pixel to full google js that uses cookies. Going to have to give more details....
