What you guys usually target for dating offers?

Even with that you should be able to get a 2-20% conversion depending on age/gender. Females convert better, but less traffic.
It isnt uncommon to get 2-5% conversion targetting US males and can work well if you get a high enough CTR. With the right image I can get 10%+ conversion on US males, but it typically drops quick along with CTR.
Are you breaking age down into 5 year increments? Marital status = Single doesn't narrow it down very much considering most people on POF are going to be single.

I some times add a new targeting such as their ethical... (European)...
and I mention it in the ad, For example: are you white? bla bla bla...
Usually those one gets more attention...
My ads CTR wont go higher than 0.15%
I usually Copy other advertisers Adcopy and image... How ever most of the time 50% of those ads get rejected by some reason such as too big boobs size or similar reasons...
My low ROI might be because of the offer I have chosed...
Most of people are advertising speeddate, cupid, dream marriage and mate1.... Probably I should promote same offers.

I think almost everything you mentioned is wrong.
Don't copy....innovate. You will get better CTR/conversion/karma points and you get to spend your whole day looking for pictures of hot women or guys.....whichever way you swing.
By the time you copied someone those are dead ads for ctr/conversion. POF users ad blindness is lighting fast.
I see some of ads are live for weeks... which means the advertiser is making money on that ad
And Yes i agree copying some one else ads is not a good act... I will try to edit them. I was so desperated that i started copying other ads in hope to get better conversion
Yes, but you dont know their exact demographics/targetting. Your landing page most likely isnt the same as theirs as they are smart and have a targetted lander. They may also be collecting emails addresses and banking off the back end.
You come along copy and get the leftovers, most likely direct linking. Even if CTR is decent your conversion rate most likely isn't.
I'm not talking morals here, but look, that's probably the worst way of getting ahead... you're letting yourself be dependent on a ton of unknowns
1. you don't know what the guy (or gal) you're ripping of is targeting
2. you don't know what payout he/she is getting on the offer
3. you don't know if it's the same guy or gal (ever stop to think there might be more than one of you out there thinking "hey, I've seen this around a few times, let's try it) maybe it's the same under-performing ad going around (a n00b circle-jerk)
With so many variables, honestly, I think you'll have better odds at blackjack...
I can't help you when you do this. I don't support or condone people ripping off other people's hard work. I'd suggest you listen to the advice mentioned above!

If all you do is copy what other people are doing, you'll be lucky to get the crumbs from the table.
my whole ad copy, images, landing page (word by word and the fu*cker didnt even bother to change the name of the files) and script was copied/stolen word by word just recently and he is running the same campaign all over POF.
it took me a couple months getting the lander approved and tweaked after dozens of tests to the point where it was profitable and working....
this asshole in 3 minutes got the whole campaign and lander working for him.
now my campaign went to shit and is not making a single penny since this jack ass stole my whole campaign/lander.

It has never happen to me in this scale... But I remember some guy copied my banner in Myspace and start promoting it... It really made me sad because I had spent near 2 hrs in creating that banner...

Perhaps, but in many cases, it means the advertiser is just too lazy or too complacent to change them out. I have ads that have been running for 8+ months that still see a 200% return. No need to delete those.
If you copy and pilfer ads, you'll never make it. Those who follow along tend to get scraps. As someone said above, innovate. By the time someone comes along and rapes your campaign, you'll be on to another groundbreaking angle.
I know you say you mistyped but I don't think you're being honest. It's not hard to misconstrue "I usually Copy other advertisers Adcopy and image...". A typo? I don't think so. You also said, "I was so desperated that i started copying other ads in hope to get better conversion." Is that a typo?
As far as helping you make money on PoF...you're in the right forest but barking up the wrong tree. Personally, your ethics scared me off from toking you with any advice.
We've all done our homework and paid our dues. Do the same. Not to be rude but this isn't the PoF Welfare office.

At some point people will copy your ad copy or banners or some of you graphics. But it is really shitty when someone copies your ad copy, your images, your banner, your graphics, your lander, your codes (each and every single string of code) and he doesnt even bother on renaming the name of the files and after all that has the balls to advertise the same offer on the same page were you are advertising.
There is a line where you can see what other people are doing (if you are not innovative enough) and go from there and create something similar or heck, even steal a couple of graphics..... but steal EVERYTHING and dont even bother o change anything is just WRONG.
