We aren't allowing 300's to start with. Simple reason being we make more money selling 2 or 3 ad units instead of one 
We will sell the 300's and 728's to agencies to larger clients who will pay high CPM's. ($2.00+)
As for what we will reject no mobile no brands in messaging, (ie no google is hiring crap) no celebs etc. Anything with a super high CTR will be reviewed several times as that usually always is a case of users being tricked into clicking, which effects our growth rates dramatically. But also keep in mind we have never ran a adplatform before, we are coming out of the gate with billions of impressions and only a handful of employees. Its going to take a few months for everything to get employees trained and things to be consistant.
our top advertisers are spending over 100k a month each and some buying as high as $2.00 CPM's there is a lot of opportunity if you get it right. Just from looking at the offers going up now I can say many will be disapointed, if 50 affiliates upload dieting offers only 1-5 will get all the traffic/conversions. I suggest people think outside the box, ie Promote payday loans, exclude high income, exclude some professions, exclude certain ages, exclude users who own cars etc etc etc Or maybe promote a real life dentist/restaurant/club within 5 mile radius of a certain zipcode.
