I'm trying to spend money with you and your point of sale interface is a piece of shit. It denies my credit card, but doesn't even throw out the most basic error codes that I know you get back. I've programmed ecom stuff before. I found out it was the wrong address on the card that was the problem. When I try to edit the address, it doesn't save the changes I've made. Rinse and repeat and you've got a guy with campaigns ready to go who is very frustrated.

Josh, I had the same problem. Make sure your bank is allowing foreign transactions as POF is based out of Canada. That was my problem.
 
My CTR has dropped a lot since last week (from 0.12% to 0.045%), doubling or almost tripling my CPC. Has the ad placement changed or are these algorithm tweaks? Or am I alone in this?
 
Same here, waiting over 24 hours to get my ads reviewed. Is this an exceptional case or usual business?

Same exact thing we me on all my campaigns. Could be ad blindness but I don't know... I'm trying frequency capping now.

Over 36 hour ad approval time for me right now as well.
 
Again for this site I strongly feel that there NEEDS to be bid estimation, as I'm not sure where my bid falls compared to others.

Also, ad approval needs to be sped up considerably, as pointed out by many others I'm also nearing the 24 hour mark.

Finally, we need a way to print receipts for Canada, if you charge us GST, we have to file for it back so need a way of recording it on our records.
 
Marcus - any tips for gaining approval on Mens supplements / muscle products?

I am having a difficult time gaining approval, even using the same exact text as an ad that was previously approved.
 
I need a way to dispute the comments of why my ads were declined. I got declined because the LP doesn't specify terms of the rebill, however my offer is not a rebill!
 
After creating a duplicate ad and seeing it get disapproved 20 times, I think its time to take my business to facebook
 
Wow. Got everything sorted out, and I have to say I'm impressed with how many impressions there are to be had over there.

Lots of potential here if you can smooth some things out.
