great video, makes a point and is funny, but the song goes on and on and on... how long can you listen to that?
 
United should have just replaced the dude's guitar, seriously. The amount of bad PR they are getting because of this will outweigh the cost of the guitar a billion fold. I've seen stories about this video on every news station I've watched over the past two days.
 
I love the Internet. Where else would this guy get this much exposure .. so much that Oprah Winfrey and the Airline company are calling him.

Anyone who's ever gone through O'hare and has watched them move the luggage (no matter what airlines) can totally relate to that song.
