Post Order processing (ie upsells after the order)

Are there any out of the box solutions for running up-sells post-order? I have a nice info product that I'd love to upsell right after the initial transaction, but my current cart doesn't allow it.
 


i know Aweber is an email autoresponder - i'm looking for an actual cart that can process an order and then show an upsell on the next page (in place of the standard order confirmation page) Ideally it would have the capability to void the old transaction if the upsell is ordered.
 
I have a partner that uses and is happy with upsellmastery. I believe that there are some networks out there that have a plug and play solution -- like valueclick.
