PPC providers with low click fraud

I tried looksmart with the $300 coupon. 1 day, over 90% ctr, next day 10% ctr. About 10 page views each day. Click fraud? dunno, just strange.
Also urchin reports 29 visits from looksmart while looksmart says 32, for some reason that difference was bigger before. I have now a total ctr of 34% from looksmart. Well you cant go wrong with $300 free!
