OOOK.

I have a site for a specific PPC offer

Think "Win a free [gadget]" type of site.

It is a classic WP blog with a few posts (to make Google happy) and a landing page.

Traffic was sent via google to the LP.

Done good for a while and even picked up a PR of 1 on the way.

Now the revenue is slowing down to the point where I turned off the traffic. Organic traffic is almost non existent.

Sell or keep?

Should I sell this sucker, or should I keep it to push future projects in the same [gadget] niche?

have you tried with different offers for [gadget] that maybe convert better, hence it would still be profitable?

would it be possible to turn that campaign from 'free gadget' to other [gadget] related offers?

nope, as the domain name basically is [gadget]free.net

Consider holding on to the domain if you think the particular gadget is going to be around for some time. Aged domains can never hurt for both paid and organic ranking. Your other option would be to build up a small content site and get some links -- then sell, you'll most likely double or triple your sale price. All depends what kind of time you've got...
