PPC Vs. SEO

Does anyone use PPC with good success in getting low CPCs? IT seems like the traditional landing pages with affiiliate links result in lower quality scores and thus higher cpcs.

1. Register a domain
2. Do SEO for the keyword "porn"
3. Get to the #1 spot on google for that keyword (shouldn't take that long)
