I got your report.
I actually received higher PR for my blogs comments then advertised which is a great plus.
The OBL is not under 100 for most of them but that`s not a problem because the value for the backlink is still high and no way to guarantee such a thing for this high PR blogs.
Overall he over delivered then what he promised so i feel very satisfied with my order. I`ll let you know if SERP changes.
