The way it works is you pay the for the link once. Right now I am offering it at a discounted rate. Which is $15.00 for a PR5 Contextual Homepage Backlink.
So you pay $15.00 Once and only once.
Then you pay:
$1.00 per link on 7/1/2013
$1.00 per link on 7/1/2014
$1.00 per link on 7/1/2015
$1.00 per link on 7/1/2016
. . . and so on
That is it, I just need the $1.00 from everybody to help pay for hosting, privacy protection, domain registration, etc. This way your links can stay up there forever.
This is a really Good deal!, especially because the domains I buy are super good quality and are used also for ranking my own sites. I don't buy crappy domains with no links and then try to sling them off on here for a few bucks.
I buy good domains flowing with ALOT of Link Juice that help SERP dramatically.
If you want a PR7 site with two PR2 backlinks pointing to it, I am not your man.
If you want a PR5 with Loads of High PR Juice Pumping through it then that is what I offer.
I should point out that every article I write is Unique. I don't spin content, as I take these sites seriously and use them for ranking my own sites as well.

I appreciate your opinion, however, my opinion is that you are a little assumptive not knowing anything about how I have my sites set up or what kind of quaility standards I have in place.
There are many Networks selling links with OBL's in the 80 -100 range, that are up and running just fine. Also, my max is a maximum - every domain will be capped at a different number to look more random.
I have also personally been part of many other networks that have way more than 100 OBL's and they are still up and running fine after the last panda data push.
