PR4 Site, 1700 Backlinks, Value?

Ok I posted this somewhere else a while back in the wrong section.

I own Pill Enlargement Reviews - 5 Best Enlargement Pill Products

It is a male pill review site but as you can see its a great domain that could be adapted to other niches.

It currently has about 1700 backlinks and valid PR 4

It currently ranks page 2 on Google for pill enlargement which according to google kw tool gets 49,500 searches p/month.

I have recently picked this up so no rev / traffic details yet.

What do you guys think this is worth.

Very interested in feedback.

What are you asking for ... advice on how much you should flip it for or advice on how to exploit the viagra market?

I personally think both would lead you to get some traffic and make some sales .. You'll need a few months stats before you can begin to figure the worth.

That would be a fun domain to play with though ... good find
 
Well how much traffic is it getting? Any revenue? Ahh, just saw that you didn't have any of that. Well if you're looking to sell it, what I look for in a site is traffic, revenue, and it's position in the SERPs. The longer your history of having decent traffic and revenue, the more you'll get from a sale. So say a site made $100 in its first and only month; I rarely see these sites sell for $1000 (10x revenue). However if a site has been making $100 a month consistently for the past 6-8 months, then there is no reason for the site to NOT sell for $1000, maybe even more. But I'm not a pro with selling shit, so that's just my 2 cents.
 
it doesnt make any rev off the aff links you have on there? if you bought it off someone put your own aff links in there and see what happens

Yup. You need to be able to prove revenue to sell it. But once you prove revenue, you may not want to sell it.

I mean ... why sell the farm for a few month's of crops?
