Well wanted to update here, so I went through my Press Release and realize they put in the wrong location. I sent an email to Tyson and 24 hours later I got an email stating they will go ahead and resubmit the PR with the correct location but are going to wait two weeks after the first submission. That is pretty good customer service will update on how things go.

Even though it was only a small mistake, it was our fault. So because of that you now end up with twice the syndication for your money.
We are usually very thorough to make sure we get everything right. So if we do mess up, we make damn sure not to be one of those companies that simply comes up with excuses.

I normally use vocus/prweb for my press release distribution, but I'm going to incorporate this service a bunch as well. They got me links from sites that vocus/prweb don't have in their network, great for adding some new domains to my backlink portfolio.
Oh yeah --- their customer service is some of the best that I've encountered on this forum. Anytime I hit them up they were on it, and got back to me very quickly. Great customer service goes a long way with me.
