Support was good, just send him message he will reply you within 4,5 hrs what i felt .. I like to add people on skype , he has't added yet buy he replied here well .
Regarding Ranking it was old site,panda affected Till now there no major change, just for 1 keyword has come up from 165 to 112 ... Rest Same ...
Will update later on if see more , big change ...
