I decided to try it on a neglected site, probably about 1.5 years old, only a few backlinks, never got round to doing much with it due to other projects. Anyway, it was sitting on page 5 for a medium competitive KW for the last 6 months or so. This morning I wake up and its mid page 2! Pretty impressive, I suspect it will climb a bit more before its done. If this sticks its a pretty good service IMO. I would like to know whats going on in the background but hey, its results that count.

There was no need for communication during the process. The OP has stated that it will take 2-5 days following completion of the services to see any SERP improvement and that was really my only concern. However after a few days the OP did send a message stating that there was movement and we spoke on Skype afterwards regarding the services. I thought that was good as most service providers do not complete a follow up session with their clients to see what they thought of their services. I thought that this was particularly unique to this service provider.

This is a very good service as far as my experience is concerned. My niche was "competitive" high CPC- up there with payday loans and casino related in terms of difficulty. I was already on page 3 in position 25 and moved to position 17. Given the niche's difficulty and the movement I'm quite satisfied with the movement. This was more than I had expected. Clearly while every niche is different in it's own right lower to mid competition keywords will most likely yield greater results but as we all know I, nor anyone else can guarantee results. However given my results and the fact that my site isn't heavy on content I think that this is a package well worth a trial run. With that said, I want to thank the OP for the half off discounted review copy. Highly recommended.

Yep, kinda shocked to see your keyword is just 1 point lower than payday loans and online casino according to seomoz's difficulty score. Still ranking sticks and on the other, I mean, 27k exacts with a ~ $13 CPC isn't bad either

Yep, everything to do with insurance and not being super long tail is hard as hell. Especially the (not targetted) long tail pushed to the top - sweet!

My site jumped 4 positions on what is a very tough keyword, which is far more than any other service has managed. Hopefully it will have a bigger impact on the other keywords i'm targeting which are less competitive.
