Perhaps you guys will be able to share some insight on this, because my knowledge isnt exactly clear...

Is it possible to setup a proxy server /system / network that will allow me to make a visit to a specific place on the Internet, and will leave an ip address that originates from a specific geographical area, but is different for each visit?

I want to visit this place 25 times a month with a different ip address from the same state each time.

Any services you can reccommend or people you know that are capable of creating this???

Yeah, it sounds dicey but its not for any subversion. Im trying to create a solution to a problem with a service based corporate business. The corporate business asks for customer reviews of their experience at the service facility. The problem is this particular location isn't exactly ripe with technology embracing people. The review submissions are severely lacking, not inquality but in number. I've created a kiosk that will allow the customer to submit their review on the spot confidentially, but we have to show different IPs for every submission.

So I'm looking to accomplish this worth some sort of proxy system... You know of a better way?
 
Get DSL Internet line in the geographical area you want
Get a router, flash dd-wrt firmware
Put the router behind your dsl modem
Spoof MAC address of your router. Power cycle your dsl modem. Every time you change the MAC address, your dsl modem will get a new IP address from the ISP
Problem solved.

wouldn't those spoofs have to be automated if he's going to have new IPs on a remote kiosk between each user? its been a while since i've had to spoof my mac addy on a regular basis, but i never had a program that would handle it remotely/automatically.
