Many of the people know the answer, yes you are right. China would be the best place to outsource. One has to be careful while selecting legitimate china suppliers. China as already got a good reputation in manufacturing clothes, shoes, consumer goods etc. These days Chinese suppliers have got English website and English speaking people in their customer care, so no place for language barrier.

You're a retard. I've been a eBay Powerseller and to be honest you do NOT need to outsource stuff to China although that is a viable option. There are better more effective ways than importing goods and dealing with customs to get products at wholesale or in many cases below wholesale. That said, lets not state the fucking obvious.
