Products no good on FB?

Hey guys I tried to sell some products using PPC on facebook but I am getting no results. I am wondering if you guys could tell me if products aren't a good play for selling on FB.

It's hard to sell on FB because people aren't on there to shop, they're there to play around and waste time talking to people. There's a lot of difference between convincing somebody to enter an email address and convincing them to get out their credit card. Not to say it can't be done; Christ, I've sold Clickbank ebooks on FB, but it wasn't profitable or comparable considering what you need to achieve and what you're getting paid for it.

That's what I was thinking. I'm going to try an email submission campaign and see how that goes.

Well... you gotta think about the customer and the mindset they are in. You're interrupting them, so maybe get them to optin then sell them??????
