These are edus.
The first 10 I checked had between 271 and 583 comments. I'd love to see edus with 30 backlinks, but I understand that given the price the OP is providing, that's just not realistic.
There are people in this forum only interested in the highest of quality when it comes to links. I am not one of them. I float about... high quality and low quality. I just try to keep it steady, and never go crazy in a single day/week.
All things considered, a nice job by the OP.
Time: Ahead of schedule.
Quality: Stated above.
Results: Serp movement (although the site is getting attention from a variety of sources.)

I got my report a while ago just never took the time to comment back on the work.
Like Illusion and ericchristopher said, it's great customer service. Always replying to my PMs within hours. Job was done 1 day early with overdelivery and full report. Of course they have a bit of comments but I have seen far worst for the price.
Overall im very satisfied with the great service. I'll be back.
