Programmer to help me finish SMS site

Have a mass text messaging site that I built out and it utilizes chron jobs to send messages via a short code that I purchased. The guy working with me on the project has been consumed while I waited for the short code to come in and now he is too busy to help finalize the project.

Any WF members here have experience in setting up authorize.net and can go in and help tidy up loose ends on the site so I can officially launch it?
