I'm starting a big new project. Success will hinge on getting a kick ass programmer who can work on creating a custom script to work with a vbulletin forum.
I was going to go over elance/odesk/freelancer/etc. But I'm not sure which of those sites to choose. Do any of you have a preference for a site to find ninja programmers on? I'm also very much open to recommendations.
Budget is not an issue (for the right candidate) although I have Jewish blood in me, so I want to keep costs down as much as possible.
