Promosoft why does it suck so bad?

It's used for submitting software to software portals. 4 weeks it's not updating the database of portals. I've sent 5 emails to support. Weeks later there is still no reply.

They don't even have a phone number in the Whois, it's hosted on some Russian server...

For a company with their reputation this is a freaking joke.

Question:

What tool do you use to submit software online? I'm thinking robosoft... any suggestions?

i'll laugh they setup google alerts and some 1 post wonder starts posting about how it really works...

I guess robosoft sucks as bad as promosoft.

not sure if comment is tongue in cheek, but I couldn't tell ya... may be it does may be it doesn't. But promosoft does suck, 100% guaranteed...

did you try robosoft?
