So let's say I want to promote an offer that asks for a users e-mail address, or even send people to my own squeeze page. Facebook doesn't allow landing pages that ask for user information.

Do you just create a middleman page then, that just has some bullet points and a bigass button to send the user to the actual landing page?

How do the facebook affiliate advertising pros do it?

I send to a prebutton landing page, which then has a 5 second meta refresh to the button page where the user has to click a button to be taken to the squeezer which I collect their email address and their banking info, and then that takes them to makemoniesonline.com where they spin their way to success.

It's alot of work but its the only way to do it.

From the ad guidelines:

Ads cannot require viewers to click on the ad to submit Personally Identifiable Information (such as name, date of birth, phone numbers, social security number, physical addresses, or email addresses) on the landing page or in the ad, except to enable an ecommerce transaction and where the ad and landing page clearly indicate that a product is being sold.
Which of course isn't the exact policy they enforce, seeing as how they allow some short forms to be direct linked. They mostly pick and choose what they see as being "acceptable" within this rule. If you're collecting personal info, just make it clear why you are.

Hahahaha

You really want to know the trick behind this? I can tell you if you pay me $1 million. Jkes

Well the trick is to have you ad say something like, join now, or participate now or sign up now. You need to let the user know of your intent from the ad.

Also for lead collection, you need to have around 5-7 fields (which brings you conversion down ofcourse) and make it look legit as well. None of this stupid ebook stuff giveaways.

There are other tricks as well but it will take me too long to type so I will just make a video of it lol.

Does it make sense?
