What sort of 'Email Verification' are we talking about?
Verification as in a message sent to an e-mail address that must be clicked?
Or verification as in heuristics against the structure of the e-mail, MX records of the domain, etc..

What he wants is software to run a list through to check for invalid emails.
You can can query an email address to check if it is valid and accepting mail, without actually sending it an email.
There are probably a billion of these available. Why you would want to design a new one is beyond me.

I LOL at this every time. It's the oldest trick in the book and I've built a solid business around it.
BTW OP being able to do the verification is one thing but actually verifying is a whole other issue as ISPs no longer like/support this MO. It's taken me a solid year testing to determine my "magic sauce" <--spooge to make it work reliably. You have to be very careful or you'll get SBLs for the type of transaction required.
