wtf ? I wanted to uprgade to 1.6.1, I did used 1.5.1 (maybe even 1.6 beta but appears didn't installed it). I logined, tried to download updated files, it asks me to login, I logined, it says it's wrong, tried all different I may think, even my password remembered and stored in windows so I don't have too:) Didn't worked, but how the hell I logined then, ok, reset password, logined to main interface, tried to download, once again it asks to register/login, I did, nope!!!! not work ?

How do I do it then ? Why so many glitches ?
 


Have you updated prosper before?

1. Back up your config.php file from your previous install (your db name, db user, db pw, etc..)

2. Download newest version of prosper

3. Replace the config.sample.php file with your back up config.php

4. FTP over to your site
 
Dude, I can't download fucking prosper cause it constantly asking me for login, while I am already did, I am not an idiot (nvm icon thread) and know how to update prosper:)
 
Just looked in their help with getsatisfaction.com, it looks like many users have this issue, how can I trust this platform if it have problems with fucking logging...

Yep, but please .... it was working just fine a month ago and earlier, is it so bad ?

Thanks for the link, but I will try official one. I still don't like the case where I can't login, so files will not help maybe ?

I perfectly setuped 1.5.1 and SUCCESSFULLY loging into main self-hosted interface, then some of it's part requires loging like this update download and nothing works. Their forum full of such problems.
 
Maybe it needs other account ? Simply all this I cannot access are out of my tracking domain...hm
 
I had a similar problem yesterday. Was able to log in to download, but kept getting the dreaded "too many connections" error when attempting the download. Just kept trying until it worked.
