I know i could just sign up and check, but im lazy, so i'll just ask:

Does this have the ability to have publicly accessable ranking pages, eg a page that anyone can see, that just plots a graph over a (changeable) time period without revealing urls and keywords?

Hi! The $5.00 is an authorization charge--it just ensures that your credit card is valid. That will automatically disappear from your credit card statement after 7 days or less. (Just like when you go to a gas station and it "authorizes" your card for a certain amount to verify that you have the credit available on your card to pay for gas--this is the same thing.) I'll add this to our FAQ :)
