Quality Coupons Traffic and nothing to do with it

Hey There,

I generate from SEO like 3k daily visits which is looking for specific stores/restaurants coupons. around 30 diff merchants, the issue is most of them doesn't have affiliate program.
I'm looking for someone who can try to use this traffic, if we try to generate leads from these traffic i get like 20% conv rate, means like 400-500 name/email leads per day...

i tried many companies but most of them have issues making money from these traffic

Are they local merchants? Is that why they don't have an affiliate program?

If it is really white hat then there should no problem accepting the traffic you have.now a days most of networks are accepting some type of blackhat traffic so why dont they accept seo traffic .seems joke for me
