quality image gallery needed

I need an image gallery script that

1. Allows users to submit images
2. Easy to navigate
3. Unlimited categories
4. Is good quality (automatically creates thumbs for gallery, customizable, etc.)
5. easy to set up

Doesn't matter if it's php, ajax, whatever. I've searched Hotscripts, but haven't found some that allow user submissions. Any ideas? Thanks.

You can use Coppermine - users can upload pictures and videos. It is also easy to customize.

Also you can combine it with a forum....
