After the design is finalized you will be provided with the PSD files to make any further changes.

The Basics
You are required to fill out a form and make payment before work can begin. The information and content you supply will be used to create your Infographics Design. The first draft will be delivered within that estimated time-frame unless otherwise notified. If you filled out all the information on the order form there shouldn’t be too many changes, but the faster you can get us feedback the faster we can have you on your way!

After receiving the project infographics, You will have 72 hours to make minor changes to the design after receiving the first draft. After the design is finalized you will be provided with the PSD files to make any further changes.

Refund Policy
100% refund 1 week after the project without any problems. But please note we DO NOT provide any full refunds after the first draft. After you approved the first draft, then ask for a refund afterwards you can request a 50% refund. We want you to be completely satisfied, but these infographics take a lot of time and a lot of work to put together. Which is why I can’t stress enough why it’s important to put accurate and detailed information down on the order form.
