I have a question about a landing page with respect to direct linking.

1) When you do direct linking, the direct link goes to what is called a "landing page", correct?

2) With Adwords, one of the things I have noticed is this in regards to an ad showing:
No
Your ad shares a similar Display URL with a competing, higher ranking ad.
I understand that a custom landing page will allow me to change my display URL, but still advertise the offer. But with a landing page, won't the customer have to click my landing page, and then click to the direct link I have (2 clicks instead of 1)? Or is there a way to display the offer and have the "Submit" button directly on a landing page I build so the user only has to click once to get to the offer?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

1) Direct linking is when you send the PPC visitor DIRECTLY to the offer page. So pretty much your advertising your referral URL directly on Adwords.

2) You need to put your sentences together better, couldn't understand a thing being said, and didn't want to attempt to. But to comment on the first line. For you to run that AD, for that conflicting keyword, you must either bid more than the competitor with the same display URL as you, or just simply change the display URL.

I appreciate your time, however, that didn't help.

1) But it is a landing page, right?
2) I just re-read it and didn't notice anything that could stop you from understanding. Is English your first language?

With google, only one account can advertise the same display url. Also, the display url needs to match the destination url. Landing page or not is not the question.
