I had a real quick question to other marketers out there that I don't feel qualified myself to determine.

What numbers do you use to promote an offer to determine whether or not it's profitable?

Would you be willing to promote a BIG ticket item if you had to wait 30,60,180+ days to get your CPS revenue (The CPS payout would be an average of $750).

Around 500 clicks via PPC to determine if an offer is profitable or not.

Not to sure, I never like to wait more than 30 days.

If cost is less than revenue, then it is profitable and I will run it. Having fast payouts is nice, but I don't think its a big deal to wait 60-90 days. As long as I eventually get it. I don't like to work with smaller or new networks though because there is a chance they could go under or screw you over.

Cashflow is one of the MOST important things in AM. Just because something is profitable doesn't mean you should run it.

Making $1/day on $100 in revenue is probably not the best use of your capital.

Opportunity costs. Econ 101 man.

Yes, I understand cashflow you douche bag. If you know how to control your cash you shouldn't have a problem running everything that you find profitable, within reason of course.

Your capital should go to the most profitable stuff first. If 1:100 profit/cost is the only thing that you have that is profitable, you run it. If you have other campaigns making much more profit, within a couple of months you should be able to run something doing 1:100 along with it. Hence, if it is profitable, run it (within obvious reason).

This thread is dumb, and we are just stating the obvious. If you have something profitable and you have the ability to run it, fucking run it.

What about higher ROI?

I run a local product, and checked my adwords account from the last year and a half. My total sales were around $25,000 for $600 in adwords charges.

If that was the case, then I wouldn't have a problem waiting 30-60 days for my check.

Send me a PM, if I like what I see; I can push some serious traffic to it.

Yes, people are obviously going to PM you the super profitable offers they're running.

Dumbass.

Coming from a person that can't make $50/day?

If the OP is decently educated enough, he could have easily made a deal with the merchant and have me running under the OP after signing a NCND and all needed agreements. Both parties would be happy then, I would have a good high ROI product to promote, and the OP would be putting $10,000s in his pocket just from referring someone.

But again, you wouldn't know much about this Hannah. Nub.

You're right, we wouldn't want to get away from the real point, that you're a fucking idiot trying to get people to PM your their successful shit because you can't get your scammy shit network up and running.

No matter how many times I re-read that, the logic didn't make any sense. Go back to bitching about losing you daily 5 dating leads.

It also seems to me that you have English problems. "Can't" represents an attempt and a fail. I've yet to attempt to launch it, so using "can't" is wrong. So not only can you not make anything happen in affiliate marketing, but you can't even speak properly.

It seems like you have a lotta haters here, most of them jumping on the stereotype wagon just to feel popular! I don't know you and you might be a douche but one thing is clear for me: you are trying to help more than other ppl here so props to you! So regardless if there's a twist to it, just keep on doing it and don't lose so much time in useless feuds!
