Here's a great way
Get your post count upto 300-400 before putting a sales page up. Wickedfire clients (well most of them) will not trust someone with 25 post count selling something worth $100. Wickedfire has been scammed a lot of times and people here know who to trust and what not.

After putting your sales page up, give out 1-3 review copies from trusted members. Usually look in the enlightenment section and look for a few reviewers or find someone with 1k+ post up so you can build trust instantly.

Perhaps (tho I'm unclear on this, it's complicated) because he wanted to know the cost before he created the thread?
