questions about advertising w/ aff networks

if you do reach out to cpa aff networks instead of traditional aff networks (like cbank, cj, sas, etc.), then have answers ready for:
1. how many times have you tested your offer?
2. what media types were tested (rented email list, soc. media, paid search, etc.)?
3. were your tests highly targeted (ex. just to industry-related sites & forums, local search, local classified ads, etc.) or did you test your offer in front of real-world john q. public audiences?
4. do you/do you not accept int'l customers?
5. do you have realtime stats tracking on your end?
6. can you place a pixel on your offer's thankyou page?
7. do you have a shopping cart set up on your website to track # of sites purchased by your customers?
8. if multiple sites are purchased by one customer, will you pay the affiliate a cpa for every site purchased, or are you just going to pay the affiliate one cpa regardless of # of sites purchased?
9. does your site have enough bandwidth to handle 100's or 1000's of interested buyers?
10. got any credit refs?
11. can you prepay $xxxxx.xx for the initial batch of leads/sales the network's affiliates will generate for you?
12. realistically, how many leads/sales will you be willing to accept each day/week/month from their affiliates' traffic?
