quick question about a new account

Okay so a friend of mine wants to break into the content writing business. She come over today to have me walk her through the process of setting up a bst thread. I've never done it before as I buy not sell services but yeah.

So she's logged in and for some reason she can not only post in the bst section, but she can't post anywhere... does this mean her account was banned and if so why? Do you have to be a member for a certain time period before you can post? I don't remember any rules like that when I started.

Anyways she's just trying to get the process started if anyone could point me in the right direction here would really appreciate it.

Thanks mike she can't pm though, should I pm on her behalf? Which mod would you recommend?

I signed up about 6 or 7 days ago and today is the first day I can post. Can she post yet? I was able to use the "contact us" footer link and it seems to have helped.
