Speed 5/5 - Got the report for tier 1 within 12 hour.
Communication 5/5 - He pinged me on skype within a minute.
Quality - Articles of varied length. 300-1000 words. Nice co-citation. Link has been placed properly. Spinning sound pretty good. He scraped articles from various sources and used multiple articles. He over-delivered like a boss and i got 108 tier 1 links.
Many of the posts are already indexed. Magic of tier 2.
Links are from many platforms. Drupal, wp, express engine. U get links from many TLDs.
If a site is already having many links then these can not be bad.
