Well, her/his services seems to be legit on BHW, as she's gotten a few reviews. Looks like we're getting a discount as well, at least for the 200 properties.

I talked to Candi on that forum and the OP is not the same provider....I am not saying the OP is not legit but warning buyers not to buy the service based on those reviews as they both are different sellers...

interesting.... I must say, never received any p.m's back or emails about this service.. have not seen any reviews from trusted members here.. seems pretty odd.

Will not do work on after pay after work completed basis.... everyone posting in this thread wanting to buy service has a low post count..ect ect..

There was a guy here recently that used the same name as a service provider on another board did a few orders and then took off...
 
Yup thats exactly why I posted to warn the buyers...the OP even took the credit of the reviews in that link to other forum that made me suspicious....plus OP's offer is insanely cheap and hard to believe its true...again maybe OP is legit but just my $0.02
