The $1500 isn't for the link building and .edus!!!
The main juice you get is from the 10 blogs on 10 different C Class IPs!
So much content across so many different blogs. about 120 articles spread across these 10 blogs would be posted. All these articles would be keyword rich and the keywords would be hyperlinked with the URL of your website. This will really BOOST your rankings + get you extra income from these 10 blogs!
 
are you willing to break the services up....I may be interested in getting some of the edu links for one of my sites but thats about it..would you do this & how much for how many links??
 
He is working with me and the articles and things he is doing are top notch. I am happy with the work and hopefully we will be able to take everything to the next level.
