Yea..the cop fucked up and hopefully will be punished. He shouldnt have been shot just the fuck beat out of him Rodney King style for resisting. I learned growing up that when someone with a badge and a gun tells you to do something you do it and say "YES SIR".

That's what they are claiming in the news as well. I find it difficult to believe though. Even if it were the case, it would be another fine example of unwarranted taser usage.
