He originally goes to jail for armed robbery, gets out, back in jail 3 weeks later for raping a woman and cutting her throat. So... they decide to parole him again 13 years later, and... WHAT A FUCKING SURPRISE... he killed someone less than a year from being out.
As far as I'm concerned, that woman's blood is on the idiots' hands that paroled him just as much as it on this animal's. They should be locked up in cell next to him.
