So I just got my Realtors license in Colorado and am getting in the business in Denver. I am taking massive action both online and offline to establish a client base and start getting listings. I'm on this forum because I'm sure you guys have seen a model for getting real estate leads that I could use.

Does anyone have any experience getting local real estate leads using SEO?

What are some good models I can emulate?

Thanks.

Do you go to a real estate forum and ask "how you guys get clients from xxx?"...Don't expect that from here

My suggestions- Do what you're good at, don't stretch yourself too thin. If you're a realtor go network with your realtor friends, loan officers, escrow, insurance agents and brokers etc.

If you really want to try online marketing, get a nice profile site up and create a few social network accounts. Make sure you have your physical address listed on all of your properties. Go find Andrew S. on this forum and ask him about his local citation service.

For the mild humor when searching your name....:

1. Build a website(wordpress)
2. Get MLS Plugin
3. Citations with Tier II
4. Normal link building.
5. $$$$

feel free to pm me.

Dude, till now i didn't try this....hope you could get better assistance here...

Wish you all success:)

RagaTanha when you are getting started with local search you need to establish a physical address and make sure you are listed with outside sources that match your information (i.e. Angie's List, HomeAdvisor, Yelp, etc). Next step, would be social profiles (Google+) and connections with related service providers. Then bring in your standard online marketing, quality website, microdata, link building, etc

well I am also looking forward too create blogs on the niche Real Estate.... Its interesting to see a new niche to be introduced in the blogging world... hope everything goes well...!
