Iam running the auction on here and DP for another 5 days. I originally had 1800 as opening bid and then moved it to 1500. I am right now more than willing to except bids over 1000.

I need to get this site sold.

Please tell me what is the reason of selling the website on the first place?
Apparently you have paid around $4k for it... Letting it go for 1.5?
If it gives a nice income and only takes 1 hour to serve? Sounds like a crime to sell it (not so much for me, but surely, the honest answer will attract potential buyers). What is the potential of the website? Is there any room to develop it?

no offense grassrots - do we know this isn't robb who was scamming people here? can mods check his ip. if you bought this from him, i'm surprised he didn't scam you - i don't even remember a fs thread here for it.

I do, and he did sell it he said on the thread, ive also bought a site simmilar to this one from Robb right before this 1 was sold, though it wasnt fully developed and i wasnt scammed.

I did work with rob to get this site. I just found out he had been screwing people over. Can you please PM me any info on threads this happened in. (just curious) The main reason for letting it go is my girlfriend does not like me running a porn site. Its really that basic of a reason.

I bought the site for 3,700. I have collected back about 1500 in commissions. I would rather just run the site and make my money back that way but like I said my girlfriend gave me till the end of the month to get it sold.

Anyways I run a small affiliate side company so I figured a 1/3 of the cash would have been lost to taxs as it was profit. I made a 1/3 back in commission and that leaves 1/3 of what I bought it for to break even. About 1500

I have made many improvements on the site since rob and Iam willing to do whatever it takes to make the buyer happy. It is a profitable site I am just stuck in a rock and a hard place.

Jened let me know what I can do to let you know Iam not Robb.

Looking at the two accounts: Robb's and Grass00ts, they are NOT the same person. IP's are different, geolocation is different.

Besides, who cares if he bought the site from Robb? If it appeals to you and you can confirm traffic / revenue stats and you like the price, then buy it.
 
i don't care he bought it from robb, i just wanted to make sure we didn't have a possible scam going on. grassroots - basically robb was making templates or doing design work and not finishing on time or at all. he's banned here now. i must be blind when i didn't see it searched for theboss, thanks. i'm really sorry to sidetrack your thread grassroots.
