^^^If that doesn't motivate you to work harder, nothing will.
Come on you lazy fucks, try harder, noobass kids are banking more than you!

I launched my first campaign about 2 months ago. Currently doing just under 2k rev a day and close to 1k profit a day consistently.

This is my very first job or source of income ever. Im still in school for another 2 weeks. I still do not know how to do a hyper link and have not even made my own web site yet. Doing this purely with direct linking, testing, tracking and a shit ton of persistence and 100% belief.

The next two months look very pro(fitable)mising.

Aim Higher people. Stop trying and start being.

When I got that first reply, I was like wtf ... then I read the n00b thread on surviving wickedfire, and I got it. So, lemme try this. @machinecontrol and @prologic f**k you! Am I in the right direction?

@d03boy - noted mate. Other than AM, you could prolly tell am a complete n00b at forums too. So, should I repost the same post in a new thread ... perhaps some others may gimme their thoughts to my post.

@others who have responded kindly, thanks ...

@johsmv - thanks for the welcome!

I just trained someone in Facebook ads for revshare and he is profiting $300/day on week #2. He did a lot of reading and researching too. With PPC people can easily see 100k in 6 months if they play their cards right and they're new.

Personally, I think if you're more worried about when you're gonna profit than about your actual campaigns, you'll prob never make much. Many people read "don't quit, just keep making campaigns and it'll click." That's true, but that doesn't mean that if you start 100 campaigns, you WILL be a pro.

You have to actually learn why you failed and work on improving.. and if you're not seeing an improvement, you're not on the right track. If you are, well, you probably wouldn't be asking this question.

No offense, I'm a newb myself and that's what I noticed, about myself anyway.

Your first problem is creating this window of "3 months" fuck that... sign up with a network with min weekly wires and you should aim for a goal for next week

I'm not sure if people got me wrong but I have been doing this many, many years so this is not about me or where I'm at. This was for all the noobs that seem to be lurking in this forum.

Btw, it's just funny to see when people are giving advices to people who they know nothing about :)

It's possible to make $10k after 3 months, but that's really exceptional results.

If you are trying the SEO natural search traffic way, 100$ a month after 3 months seems to be realistic.

PPC at the beginning depends on how much you can invest (and lose) and a bit on luck, too, since competition is fierce and a campaign that's doing great today can create a negative ROI a week later, so $500 seems perfectly fine for a newbie in the first months. Almost everybody is using the same or similar tools, there isn't really a secret advantage only a few have, and your competitiors probably know about you the day after you launched a campaign. There are many niches that are still very profitable, but like every business, it's smaller steps at the beginning.

Bottom line: You can make good money with SEO or PPC, but don't expect too much when you just started. High goals are important, but totally unrealitic expectations only lead to frustration. 95 out of 100 people fail, because they believe the stuff the ebooks tell them.

A newbie can make a lot of $$ in the first 3 months but there are soooo many other variables involved that will determine this.

My first month with PPC I was able to do $4,000 profit but it was a new, hot product at the time with little competition. There are new trends/products coming out all the time it's just a matter of being first in line to serve the hungry crowds.

It's possible to make $10k after 3 months, but that's really exceptional results.

It's definitely not exceptional. I just pulled my figures, and my third month - September 2007 - yielded $7,489.44 in profit. So it was definitely over the $10,000 revenue mark stated in this thread. Back then, my approach was to keep trying offers until something sticks - and then scaling it out.

It must have worked. :)

I started in September.. quit my job on Nov 15. Made as much money in November as I made in the previous 10 months..
I've been a "Solutions Developer" for about 20 years.

I think that in this business there is no "typical" unless you really lack:
1) Skill
2) Work ethic
3) Imagination
4) Ability to take calculated risks

prologik, well, not try to being a retard, but with PPC you do need money as far as I can undestand. If he started with very little budget and ends doing $200/day after 3 monthes it means he wins ppc game each time probably. I assume he do had some budget too.
