Recommend a VPS

I'm not saying wiredtree is bad, they had great support, the problem I had with them was WHM + cPanel. Just really didn't fit me. Then I fell into ZenSix and got a managed VPS with BETTER stats for almost $20 a month less. Where's the value? ZenSix by far.
Wiredtree support was very good but so is ZenSix's so even though ZenSix doesn't run cPanel, Direct Admin fits better than cPanel + WHM IMHO.
Liquidweb, just don't pay full price, use their monthly coupons they post on webhostingtalk.com it raises all specs to the max for that VPS and drops $10 off the price which you can reduce further with the setup fee. If you plan to keep it 10+ months it's worth getting the setup fee option. You can also throw in a free domain for the first year (transfer it away before the second). Anyway I have few VPS' there with 1+ years of uptime, they do pro-active management I don't even think about them.
If you do go with them sign up for the partner/reseller/affiliate program as well. $60 per hosting and VPS and 100% for the first month + 5% a month recurring if you get someone to sign for a dedicated.

+1 for WiredTree. Love their servers, support, and their help at fixing things I screw up.
