recommend me a classified ads script

does anyone run a classified ads site?
any script to recommend?

I'm looking for an opensource one that has search engine friendly urls

the most feature rich possible
I would be using this for real estate stuff so if you know any similar other cms...
and possibly with a separate language file so I can switch language or translate it

there are a lot of them and a recommendation by someone that already uses one would help me choose
