Recommend me a paid dynamic proxy service

I'm looking for a reliable and solid proxy service, U.S. and U.K. IP addresses.
Dynamic Ip's - Not a fixed amount of assigned static IP's.

What can you recommend me?

I recommend to stop trying to scam CPA networks or the likes using proxy addresses...

On topic though, I haven't seen any services that advertise dynamic IPs.

He could be looking to screw Google for example.

I don't know about TOR - I've seen it mentioned in another thread that TOR isn't suitable for CL for some reason.

Could someone confirm this is true or not true?

I can confirm that Tor is not suitable for CL.

And yes, there is other uses for proxies other than scamming CPA Networks..idiots.
