recommend some quality video tutorials

I'm trying to find some quality video tutorials on anything, finding niches, PPC (does Perry Marshall have a Adwords video tutorial?), keyword research (think keyword elite has some), or anything good.

I have a short attention spam (could be ADD) get distracted really easily while I'm trying to read or start feeling anxious and restless even watching those videos. So I'm thinking I could record what's being said in those videos and listen to them while I'm exercising and after a while I'll probably have the stuff memorized.

So anybody recommend any video tutorials? Could be anything IM related.

and I know what you mean about ADD I just play the videos loud and walk around. LOL!

dont forget

to look on youtube and google videos, they have short clips on everything, great for short attention spans.
