I registered a site through Google (who in turn registered it through Enom), and now I need to transfer the domain name to a new owner. Thing is, I've never done this before, and don't really know how to. The Enom interface I'm seeing doesn't give me any transfer options.

Does anybody have any experience in this?

Eh, thanks, but that just tells me how to change DNS settings. I need to transfer ownership, which apparently you can't do in Google's stripped-down Enom interface. I opened a ticket with them.

Log into enom and make sure your domain isn't Locked. If its locked unlock it. Make sure the administrative email address matches one you receive email at. If you have to change the email address you have to wait a month(?) beforeyou can transfer it.

Go to your new registrar of choice. Choose Transfer Domain, type in the domain name, hit transfer. 7-10 days later Google or Enom will send you an email asking if you want to transfer, go through their process to approve it. about 3-5 days after that it will show up at your new registrar.
