Love/hate relationship. I heart $.75 domains, but their site is fucking worse than myspace.

Yeah, I hate them too...
In the past they kept on sending me hosting/domain invoices (= reminders) while I cancelled with them. That was very annoying!! It's not worth to buy .info domains from Registerfly regarding my experience. Domainsite.com for example has also good .info deals: $1.99 :)

I especially love it when I try to renew a domain, they bill me and yet it expires anyway and becomes property of ECOM.COM.

I strongly suggest my WF brothers get their domains out of that giant sack of shit.

i love how they got hacked, their userdatabase stolen, and they didnt even tell their users about it :repuke:

I love them too! I love the fact that they stole $2 from me when I tried to register one of those $.95 infos and after charging my card it said error in registration, please try again. I tried again, and it gave the same error and charged me again. Well, I mailed customer service, never got any response, and that .info domain is still available.

$2 is not that big, but it seems the be the price for me to pay when you try to be a cheap bastard and use these shitface crap companies.

I hate them as well. I snagged two domains through them many years back. I transfered the domains to another registrar and they never cleared the registration info. I sent them several emails asking them to with no luck.

It was scary when their db said I was in registrar lock and my new registrar said I was registered to 2008. I wasn't sure what was going to happen.

oh hey first post here but saw this thread and have to agree with you all. Regfly is terrible. They are a bunch of New jersey con-artists. I ordered a few domains with them (big mistake) a couple of weeks ago. Only a few days later I notice they disappered from my account. POOF! Gone.

I call their shoddy support system and wait 30 mintues only to get a voice mail box thats completely full! I didn't even get a chance to hang up on them before they ended my call.

Meanwhile I leave a support ticket in their online feature. They wait 5 days
before they close my ticket out (without responding) then move onto their next con.

Completely frustrated with these buggers. Thanks for listening to my rant =)

RegisterFly suck. Best example of poor customer service, support is the absolute lowest. Also, you always have to watch your invoice with them.

I took a few hundred domains away from them, was not easy to do but glad i did.

I was gonna create my own registerfly sucks thread but I see that one has already been created.

So my friend informs me about registerfly's $.60 .info's. I go there last night to get one. I put the domains in my basket and then was prompted to sign up. I did so. At the end of the process my cart had somehow been magically emptied. I went back to refill my cart but somehow the .info's were now $2.99! The live sales chat said they were online but I tried to use it twice and when I hit "send" the window just went away. I got a bounce reply to my email on one of them. So I figured I'd try calling them. I waited on the phone for probably ten or fifteen minutes. I would of waited longer, but the longer I waited, the longer estimated time to be serviced would become(you know the recording of the chick comes on eery once in a while to give you wait status). When I first called I was like the fifth caller with five minutes to wait. By the time I got to second in line there was like 15 minutes to wait. I started getting the feeling they didn't want to talk to me. So I figured I'd go back to their site and try to fill out a trouble ticket. Well I did that. I filled it out. And when I hit the submit button I was taken to the login page and informed that I must login and have cookies enabled. Even though I did have cookies enabled and was logged in. I could of logged back in and tried it again but instead I opted for the less painful
activity of rubbing a cheese grader vigorously across my nutsack.
