I am from outside US. I have stated this early on because i think it is the major reason behind rejection. I have applied to number of top CPA networks but i get rejected all the time.

Another reason which i think hinders me is that I do not know about what kind of products are available at these CPA networks, so i may write about marketing them appropraitely. They are questons about marketing strategy in the applications and I miss it big time.

I have gone through the threads on WickedFire and they have helped me about designing the application, i have applied the tips but it is still not working.

Please guide how should i cater to a non-US resident Issue and how should i state my marketing strategies for getting accepted.

P.S : I have wrote to them multiple times that they can contact me, but no contact is made by affiliate managers.

Why don't you get a P.O. Box in the USA or mail forwarding address that sents mail internationally, then get a USA phone number (VOIP?), that forwards calls to you internationally?

No one likes calling international numbers wth all the excessive charges. You will also need a USA bank account. Make it easy for them to contact you and appear that you are in the USA. A good corporate lawyer might be able to help with all this. With the amount of fraud going on, every CPA CALLS affiliates in person for approval now a days, doing that shit over Instant Message, skype, or email will never get your approved.

If you can't afford to do this or hire a corporate lawyers, well then your pretty much out of luck.

What country are you from? If it's not a super-high fraud country, it's probably workable.

Call the network after you apply. Make it clear you know what you're talking about. Find an old landing page you have(not an active one) and show it to them if necessary. As a last resort, you may also need to make it clear you'll accept net-30 payments until they know you're not frauding the network.
There's certain countries where even this may not be enough, but it will at least get you in some places.

don't listen to CCarter this time, it's not THAT complicated

I would actually prefer no one take anything I say seriously...

But I just can't resist:

I am a member of like 50 CPA networks of 60 I applied for 3-4 last years, never needed that LLC nor bank account (which nobody will give you as a person foreigner, only LLC, etc). All from my Ukraine phone landline, home address and yes... tons of times AIM, Skype, etc (like 80%+ cases)

I had even 1-800 redirect, which never worked properly from Kall8, full of shit service.

If you are not from China, some shitty Africa country (not all) or North Korea or Cuba - it's all yours. If not - just fuck that network. There are tons of them. Most reputable and great not even US based (hint, yeah!)

Does anyone have any recommendations for good starter networks to join? Unfortunately, I found out about affiliate marketing through the Morrison program and EWA was the network they recommended joining. From reading through the forum, this is clearly not the best start to my affiliate marketing career. So, does anyone have suggestions for general networks to start with? I have been working primarily with PPV traffic. Thanks in advance!

Ads4Dough is a good one. Networks come and go, but A4D is stays around...and they pay their bills.

I totally agree with you darktangent. It is too much difficult for non US to easily open CPA account. But it is not an impossible one. Submit your file with all requirement hope this time you will succeeded.

Most of the CPA networks wants people who have experience in IM. A website and past results helps alot so email or call them and ask what they need to get approved. While there are a few networks who are reluctant to approve you, there are many more who will. If you can get someone to refer you, that will be much faster and easier.

I think Peerfly, Neverblue and Maxbounty are easier to get in. Personally, i like using W4.
